PLAY, a live art and dance company bringing performing artists with common aesthetic and artistic interests together. These artists conduct poetic and political research dealing with the body, with movement and with choreography.

Artistic research, often linked to other art forms such as music, fashion or literature, leads to choreographies and live art performances for theaters, galleries and other spaces.

“STUDIES FOR ATLAS” deal with the subject of transformation, adaptation and development in the process of creating a live art performance. Five performers oscillate between theatrical parts and dance scores, between narration and abstraction, between movement matter and image.

By inventing different bodies, moving identities and evolving communities, they come up with new ideas and create choreography, applying concepts of resilience to dance.

Multiplying visions and shifting meaning: “Studies for Atlas” are the first studies for a kaleidoscope of our moving world.
